Was really excited to come here and get the gluten free pancakes. When I checked with the waitress to make sure they were ok for celiac she asked the chef who said they used a shared griddle with very little cleaning and everything was cross contaminated. Such a disappointment. Don’t bother coming here if you have celiac.

Hatch has the best gluten free pancakes I’ve ever had the pleasure of sampling. I would definitely recommend them.

Exposed sick within 2 hr- Mother and son 4yo have celiac, we are very conscious and educated on the subject and possibilities of cross contamination - clear with request when ordering- did not end well the go around- definitely a “No Go” for “Dad and Son“ days now :(

I’ve been there before I was gluten free and the food is really good! I called the day before I was supposed to go with a friend (we ended up not going) and they were quite helpful to tell me what my guidelines were. They said they could make gf versions of basically everything and that they are supposed to clean everything they use for gf foods before they use/cook anything. Unfortunately, the meat is not safe. She didn’t say whether it was because of cross contamination or if it truly does have gluten in it, but I’m just gonna stay away from it no matter what.

I had bacon, creme brulee oatmeal, and a gluten free pancake. It was delicious!!!!!! And I didn't have any symptoms that I get with gluten! Awesome place!

I am celiac. I spoke with the chef at length and he confirmed that everything is cooked on shared equipment, no dedicated fryer, and he was uncomfortable serving a celiac. I’m very disappointed because I had set my hopes on pancakes.

Beautiful place, great customers service and fabulous food. The food is worth the price. being Celica, they definitely knew how to accommodate. i would come again next time i drive through OKC. from TX

Had several melt-down moments in OKC with GF options that weren't GF friendly at all! I wish I would've found this place first! The waiter was very knowledgeable! Very accommodating! I had GF pancakes & GF Eggs Benedict! Oh my! Sooooo good! 😍

A fun, hip place for breakfast, brunch and lunch. Staff was really nice. Several omelets to choose from, gluten free pancakes and some yummy salads. I can't eat eggs in addition to gluten; but, I loved my salad and the atmosphere. All of the gluten filled options looked super yummy as well.
