Tons of delicious GF options marked on the menu! Waiter was knowledgeable about cross contamination issues and advised what items were not safe (anything fried or on the shared grill). Great ambiance on the patio as well! Must order the cornbread!!

I had a great experience at Hatchet Hall! I was in town for the first time visiting with family who live in LA. When we got here, the waiter was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. We had a few other dietary needs to accommodate so our waiter came back with a fully annotated menu of what we could make work for not only my Celiac, but vegetarian too. You MUST get the cornbread!! It is cooked in it’s own skillet so no cross contact. The brown butter dates were also delicious! We originally ordered the stone fruit salad but the waiter came back to let us know the fruit was grilled on a shared surface so it wouldn’t actually be safe for me. I appreciated his attention to detail and for keeping us informed. While pricey, I highly recommend this restaurant for an amazing dining experience (great drinks too, and stop at the connected bar around the corner too!)

I can’t say enough good things about this place! We had an opportunity to meet the chef after our meal and upon introducing myself and telling him how safe and cared for I felt in his restaurant - he said oh hi! We had a meeting about you today! My friend called ahead to tell them about the celiac and soy allergy. What a difference it makes when an establishment really cares and wants to go the extra mile .

Everything was delicious and beautifully prepared. Most of all- I could enjoy my meal and not be wondering- will this or that cause a reaction.
