It's Poke so for the most part it's gluten and dairy free on its own. They got my meal all together and then added some tamari. The fish was SUPER fresh and it wasn't premarinated. I stayed at a nearby hotel and this was an excellent option for breakfast!!

Staff was very friendly and helpful - they contacted the manager for any questions they couldn’t answer and helped us build a bowl for our Celiac son. We went during the afternoon when it was quiet and they were able to spend time with us figuring out what to order!
