Incredible breakfast/lunch spot!!! Many gf options from blueberry pancakes and gf oatmeal to a breakfast sandwich with the BEST gf english muffin I’ve ever had. Highly recommend if you’re in the Newport/Orange County area. In a super cute small outdoor shopping mall. Kid friendly but also a super upscale cute brunch place! Obsessed will come back a million times over

The GF berry pancakes were pretty dry and especially unflavorful when you don’t get a berry mixed into the bite.

Food was very tasty. This is a line up and order at the counter then find your seat. It gets very busy and with the limited gluten free items double check they are being careful with your order. They have pancakes but I’m worried they would not be safe.
