They do not have a GF menu, but they can accommodate you. Avoid fried items. Overall, most Cuban food is GF. The food is so fresh and the waitstaff were so accommodating that they won me over.

Went here as previous reviews indicated they would know how to serve a celiac. Not so. They were not prepared to serve us as they said their menu was not suitable for someone with a total need to avoid gluten. Had to go elsewhere. Very disappointing

Came here while on vacation based on other reviews but my experience was much different! Nothing is labeled on menu as gluten free so I asked the waitress what could be made gluten free and she had no idea, told me maybe a salad. I had to ask her if she could talk to the kitchen to see what could be made gluten free. I did not get sick which was good but overall a more stressful and frustrating experience than I was hoping for from an owner who has a son with celiac.

You must come here. Nothing fried. The managers son is Celiac and he is so very knowledgeable about his menu. When you make good food you know what is in it. This has been a beautiful experience.

The owner was wonderful. He came over right away and explained what I can eat with having celiacs. His son has celiacs so he truly Understands. As far as the menu, anything fried is not safe for those with celiacs. I had the salmon with rice and beans and had a Caesar salad (no croutons). Both mine and my fiancés meals were delicious!

Delighted to discover that all of their breading and most of their dishes used plantains and no flour. The supervisor who was training a new server you all about all his dishes and said pretty much all of them except the sandwiches and burgers which were not even available after 4 PM could be made gluten-free. He was careful to ask if I needed to stay away from things fried in common oil I asked twice if I needed to avoid cross-contamination. The saffron rice and the plantain dishes were delicious. My fried snapper was a bit dry but I had asked for no dairy and no citrus so I may have left out ingredients normally included. My husband felt that his dish was delicious too. He had the lobster fish and shrimp or enchilado de Marisco. He didn’t need to avoid so many allergens did not specifically ask about ingredients in this dish. I would definitely go again just not have the fried snapper.
