All of the mains are gluten free! There’s an option to sub out the macaroni salad with pineapple and the only other gluten containing item is the rice noodles on the salad. Sauces are also GF. They use tamari in lieu of traditional soy sauce. They also have dole whip for dessert which is dairy free! Yeah!

We stopped in for dinner Sunday evening and confirmed with the counter staff that everything was GF except the mac salad and chow mein noodles as others have said. I tried the Kilauea and Honolulu chicken with rice, sauteed veggies, and spam misubi and enjoyed it all. The spam misubi was great to have again--it's been so long! The Kilauea chicken was a bit overcooked, but the sauce, veggies, and rice made up for it. It's not the best Hawaiian food I've ever had but was great to have a counter restaurant option while traveling, take home leftovers for another safe meal, and not have any reactions. Their website also mentions they're restaurants are nut-free if that's a concern for you.

It uses the same facility (different kitchens) as other places. Unsure about cross contamination. They have gluten free teriyaki sauce! (Packaged with ingredients on the label) Person we ordered from was unsure about anything specifically related to gluten free info though. Good was tasty and you can get fruit/veggies instead of the gluten sides. Most of the food isn't something that should have gluten in it except maybe sauces since it's mainly rice-based.

Really love this place. I know it probably doesn't compare to actual Hawaiian BBQ but without a point of comparison, I'm pretty happy with this experience. The only thing with gluten is the macaroni salad, so it's easy to avoid. My only complaint is that the mixed veggies are a bit inconsistent and usually too wet for my tastes, but I switched to getting pineapple instead and it's my recommendation. The pineapple BBQ sauce is so good.

Stopped on our way back home from Chicago. We're looking for affordable, tasty, and quick. (Hard to find for gluten free on the road). Hawaiian Bros delivered all three and more! :) $10-20/person.
They can split your plate with two proteins if you prefer. I had the Honolulu and Malakai. Yum! Everything is gluten free except the macaroni salad and the mandarin orange salad. Including the condiments-they brought tamari packets to our table!!!!
They also have artisan root beer and cream soda, Hawaiian juices, etc.
The Dole soft serve is delicious-the twist combines strawberry and pineapple. It tastes like summertime!
Note: protein comes served on rice as well as having a side of rice.
