The pool side service is great!! There are several things they can make gluten free and they have gluten free buns. We had kale & quinoa salads… added on herbed chicken. It was awesome. The server, Sandi, mentioned that the kitchen recently updated their menu to include more gluten free items. We had an excellent lunch!

Chicken, fish or burgers can all be prepared GF (grilled) - however, you need to specify to cook the items in a separate pan/area of the grill due to cc. They do have a GF bun. They do not have a dedicated fryer so nothing fried is safe. They offer a GF pizza - however, every time we tried to order one (cooked on a separate pan - but in same oven) we were told they were out of GF crusts and hoped to have them in soon.

Angler and Ale overpriced. Staff was not helpful. Then tried Prime restaurant and no gluten free items on menu. We ended up going to the Tiki bar where there was 1-2 items. Overpriced and very limited items. Unfriendly staff. I would avoid this place!

Angler & Ale: Cute restaurant! Beautiful view! Knowledgeable staff. The chef came to the table. They used the words “cross contamination” so it seems they know what they are talking about. They have GF buns. Unfortunately they don’t have a dedicated fryer. The food was yummy.

the servers were very knowledgeable in all restaurants in the resort. i had pizza and blackened mahi salad at the beach bar, toast and muffins at the breakfast and conch chowder and tuna tartar at the angler and ale. i am highly sensitive and had no problems. the beach bar said they have a separate fyalator and just need to heat it up for fries. I didn't do it but nice option to have. Lots of gf options including island oasis for frozen drinks!

Angler and Ale inside Hawks Cay. GF buns and bread and knowledgeable staff. Cider. No separate fryer but you won't care once you try the Key Lime Vinaigrette on a salad.
