Waitress lied about a dedicated frier. Ordered the French fries that were marked GF. Was throwing up for 6 hours after. Not celiac friendly.

Stayed at Snow King and ate breakfast & dinner here. Gf bread was an option at breakfast and had a lettuce wrap with my burger at dinner. Not a ton of options but I was pleasantly surprised!

Symptomatic Celiac

I ate at the Snow King Resort for a conference. I think Hydens Post and the conference food are same/similar since it's in the same space. The staff brought me salad, a tomato dish with polenta, and a gf cupcake. I asked if it was all GF and explained I have an intolerance. Since I am a celiac, you can't trick me and something was definitely not GF. I think it was the polenta as that is often processed in non GF facilities. Anyways, now I am stuck in the bathroom for the rest of the evening. And the food was only so-so.
