One of our staple date night restaurants. They are experts with celiac. So many choices, you will not leave here disappointed. They are extremely careful. Never had an issue eating here.

They had brisket and chicken that was safe. They don’t do gluten free bread or quesadillas and stuff like that.

AMAZING. We stopped here from our Great Smoky Mountain Railroad ride. Service was quick & we were out within in 45 minutes despite the place being packed. My boyfriend and I split the 3-meat combo platter. We got brisket, pork, sausage, burnt end baked beans, green beans, and potato salad. This is seriously the best BBQ we’ve ever had. We hope to come back one day. They also had a damn-good green apple cider. BF and I were stuffed, we couldn’t finish it all. No reaction and I felt energized afterwards. 1000/10 stars.

The server made up for the lack of knowledge in the kitchen. Chopped pork, beans and fries (potato starch coated) were excellent choice among options in this town center.
