I was hoping this restaurant would be very accommodating of my celiac needs based on reviews of other Hazelwood locations, but this one is not as well equipped as other I guess. The server was very up front with me about the fact that they do not have dedicated kitchen space for gf and that most of the surfaces have risk for cc. I really appreciate that approach, as it was clear he was knowledgeable about medical gf needs. We had a conversation about the safest options and their prep, and landed on prime rib with no au jus (which contains gluten) and a small salad with no croutons. He double checked with the line cooks to make sure this didn’t contain gluten and to make sure they took precautions to prevent cc. It was really tasty! However, other than salads, this was pretty much the only thing I felt safe eating, since the grill is shared with gluten items.

This establishment has recently been renovated and many of their gluten free dishes have been removed. They no longer serve gluten free pasta which was a huge disappointment. Their prices for steak were outrageous ($45+). I had the “Beef and Blue” which was a giant heap of lettuce with blue cheese next to a sliced sirloin steak. The steak was delicious. But for $20 I was hoping for more than 4 small slices of steak.

Best gluten free buns I've ever had. The angel hair pasta is also gluten free. Really good food. Lots of gluten free options. Items are marked on the menu. Fries are gluten free, but not celiac friendly as they don't have a dedicated frier. Love this place!

Excellent food and gf informed staff. Only downside is that it's super busy on the weekends and that they've often been out if their gf dessert option :(
