Health Nut Cafe (Regency Tower)

This place had tons of great options from wraps to bowls and melts all gluten free however the staff was unhelpful when I asked questions and then mixed up my order and I ended up eating an entire whole wheat tortilla that I was told to be gluten free.

Celiac friendly only if you want a salad.

They have changed. No GF except salads😔. Very disappointed.

I had an excellent gluten free shortbread raspberry bar today. Absolutely delicious and flavorful latte
