I have celiac disease and feel safe eating at this establishment. I am obsessed with their smoothie bowls and avocado toast. It is a little pricey, but the food is delicious.

An update to my previous review. Millie’s now carries Sami’s certified gluten free bread. I’ve gotten the BBQ Jackfruit sliders twice with no reactions. 😁

Yes! Staff is friendly and their menu is gluten free.
the granola, bread, and bagels are not gluten free but everything else is including cookies, brownies, muffins, and they have gluten free bread! they will make accommodations and be extra safe just let a worker know you can't have gluten!

Millie's is great. One thing to point out if you have celiac disease---don't order the Sami's bagels. Sami's bread is not certified gluten free and has trace amounts of gluten. It is kept in a separate case in ziplock bags to avoid cross contamination and other items are fine. I have celiac and haven't had a reaction. Update: they will use gf bread and good practices if you tell them you are celiac.

Not completely gluten free. Uses bread that is not totally gluten free and I was told that they cannot guarantee no cross contamination. The store is nice but I was totally disappointed by the cafe. Not celiac friendly.

Millie's cafe in Health Nut is completely gluten free, vegan, and gmo free. Everything is good. The fruit cups and smoothies are exceptional!
