The owners are nice & relatively knowledgeable but the GF items are incorrectly marked. Also, when Mike/Adrianne are gone, the people who have filled in for them are CLUELESS about gluten allergies. One girl said the protein powders are all 100% gluten free when I knew for a fact that 2-3 of the powders had gluten. Had to show her how to read the label.

If the owners are in, you’re in good enough hands. Otherwise please be safe.

Also, they use Herbalife which is a known MLM and apparently not FDA approved. People have been consuming these for years so odds are it’s safe but I figured it’s worth mentioning…
