I put my order in well in advance and they were late delivering to me. And then when I got my gluten free pizza and it was room temp and not that great. I will not be going back. Disappointing for sure.

Other than the middle being limp, as others have called out, rest of the pizza and service were great.

Had the worst experience here. Pizza was not cooked well, and barely had any ingredients on it. I talked to the manager and she was even shocked how bad it came out of the oven. It was very soggy and limp. She told me to message the owner.... huge mistake! He never apologized, he continued to argued with me, and told me how trained they are at dealing with celiac. I typically always give a second chance if the customer service is good, but this was Not worth time or money to go back there.

Ate there on a busy night with a group of 8. Took an hour and a half to get our food while multiple tables that came in after were getting their food and leaving. GF pizza was ok - outer crust was crispy but middle was rubbery. Maybe it was just a rough night of service but for me I don’t think it is worth going back.

Don't eat here if you have Celiac. Celiac Daughter ate here and was in bed the next day missing school because she got dinged by Gluten. Waitress did not know what Celiac was and very unsure. Won't be back. They NEED TO truly figure out what cross contamination and Gluten Free means.

I get sick and have full body rashing when I eat gluten, with that said, I have eaten at Heartlands multiple times and have NOT experienced any of these symptoms. I have had several different kinds of pizza there and they were all delicious.

Best gluten free pizza I've EVER had on MULTIPLE OCCASIONS...and that's saying a lot from, coming from me!

I have been eating gluten free due to a gluten intolerance (not full-blown Celiac) since about 2012 and I have watched as company after company has tried its hand at making a good (or even GREAT) gluten free pizza in-restaurant, and I must say, most have failed...but not Heartland Pizza on Ramada Way in Ashwaubenon/Green Bay! They have achieved GREATNESS.

The gluten free pizza at Heartland's has a thin, flakey crust which is prepared fresh and in-house (not from the freezer) using a special gluten free flour, the sauces (which include a tangy tomato, a mouthwatering garlic, and a basil pesto, just to name a few) are delicious, and there are a multitude of toppings to choose from (including some unique ones like peppadew peppers, artichoke hearts, and prosciutto, which you don't ever find in chain pizza shops or really in many other places at all).

The BEST PART about Heartland for me (in addition to how delicious the pizza is)? My wife and I have now had their pizza THREE times and we have never ONCE gotten sick from it (no mouth sores, rashing, or intestinal/gastric issues, as is typical if we consume gluten-containing items). I cannot say the same for even Dominos, which, although it has its own gluten free pizza, cannot compete in any way, shape, or form with Heartland, on taste OR gluten-free friendliness.

Oh, and before I forget: Heartland also has LOCAL, Wisconsin-brewed gluten free beer and many other gluten free options (including salad) to choose from.

Simply put, I can't recommend Heartland Pizza enough, especially for my gluten-free friends and the Celiac sufferers out there would would REALLY love to be treated like royalty by their local pizza place, as opposed to the second-class citizens we get treated as by the majority of restaurants that still mistakenly treat "Gluten Free" as some kind of fad. Just make sure that if you're Celiac that you ask for cross-contamination protocols to be followed and emphasize that you have an allergy and not just a gluten-free preference, to ensure you don't get sick.

I would give Heartland TEN STARS, if I could, and will be back VERY soon! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

NOTE: If you get take-out from Heartland, and if the pizza is a little cold when you get it home, use the written instructions Heartland staff provides you to reheat the pizza in an oven and NEVER in a microwave, as a microwave will ruin the awesomeness which is Heartland's homemade crust.

They have gluten free pizza crusts but do not follow any cross-contamination protocol. After asking a lot of questions, I ordered a salad and was still sick. Would not recommend for Celiac gluten free - is probably fine for those eliminating gluten without reaction.
