When I asked if the sauce I wanted was gluten free the lady checked her paper to confirm. She even wrote gluten free on the paper for my fries. Was really good!

The staff isn’t very knowledgeable and provided some contradictory information from the website. They said the nacho cheese was not gluten free, but the website said it was.

We got truffle mayonnaise and fries. I tested it with my gluten sensor and it came back safe!

Perfectly cooked fries in a separate fryer. Ate here many times and never got sick. Go with the truffle mayo for the perfect experience and if there’s two of you, you only need a large to share.

Delicious chips from seperate fryer and much cheaper than on main drag. Locals were in buying frites and croquettes which is always a good sign. I had looked up what sauces were GF on their website before going in. Unfortunately thr frite sauce here is not GF but plenty of other options. Very generous sizes, the large did 2 of us, XXL was humongous.

Delicious fries in the heart of Amsterdam! They have a dedicated french fry fryer, so the fries are always hot, crisp, and gluten free! All but two of the sauces are gf and the staff is knowlegable to quickly tell you which to avoid. We have been in Ámsterdam less than a week and have already had their fries four times! Keep in mind a lot of the fry places in Ámsterdam are gf, but some fry their breaded items in the same fryer as the fries.
