By no means is this a gluten-free restaurant. They offer gluten-free bread, but if toasted, it's done in the same toaster with regular bread. There's no separate gluten-free grill either. Cross-contamination risk is high. The waiter clearly had no training or awareness of how to help people with gluten-sensitivity.
