I ordered for an Oktoberfest dinner we are putting on and expressed that I am celiac and if it was possible to have any of the food we ordered to be done gluten free (celiac friendly) and if not no worries. He reassured me that he was able to accommodate my needs and that the Brats, Obazda, and sauerkraut are all gluten free and free from cross contamination!! He said he could try to do the schnitzel without breading but didn’t want to risk the cross contamination (which was great of him to admit!!!) Also potato salad has chicken broth in it so it’s not celiac safe !
