Be careful here. There is so much flour everywhere. I don’t see how you could escape cross contamination. You could probably get cross contaminated just breathing the air.

My wife had some food (gluten-full) and found a hair on her tray, but no surprise, the open kitchen lacked any food sanitation standards with how the employees prepare and handled the food. One employee was shoving food into her mouth while talking to a customer at the counter and all of the employees looked liked they just rolled out of bed. We won’t be back. But she says the gluten-full strawberry pop tart was good!

Celiac friendly?

The gluten free carrot muffin is delicious! It’s the only gf muffin they have but they usually have a cookie and the key lime bar too. I’m a celiac and have eaten here many times without getting sick.

Awesome choices for sweet tooth... Lime cheesecake is fantastic!
