Absolutely the best BBQ in the area. Owner was fantastic and super knowledgeable about gluten free. He makes all his bbq and rubs from scratch and knows what goes into it. Dedicated fryer—only thing he puts in the fryers are potatoes. Only thing I couldn’t have was bread or Mac and cheese.
The brisket was amazing, and I’m not a brisket person. Pulled pork was also amazing! Sweet bbq sauce was my favorite.
