Extremely bad experiences on multiple occasions. The front cashier was cursing at the guests. I would not trust these kids to make your food, especially if you have celiac. I sincerely hope this location gets its act together because it was great a few years ago.

I ordered a build your own salad and it was phenomenal. They have a separate allergy board and are very knowledgeable about allergies. One of my absolute favorite spots in Pittsburgh!

Traveling for work: The food was ok. My Hawaii 5 Oh burger was missing the Pineapple which was a main ingredient. I had the mushroom burger the day before and only had 3 mushrooms on it. They need to educate their cashiers. One girl couldn't even tell me what was on both of the burgers.

Visiting Pitt for the day and looking for a reasonably priced restaurant for dinner. Alot of fast/casual which is not always good for safe meals. We each had a burger on gf bun and side salad. Bun was good - not hard as other reviewer stated. (They may have changed brands) Burger was tasty. Salad was nice and lemon dressing was excellent. Mostly college aged in restaurant and salads more popular than the burgers. Many topping choices and some 'bistro' salads on menu. Not a self service salad bar. One note - the soba noodles (and possibly other gluten ingredients) were in the prep area with the veggies, etc. Not unusual. We would go back and recommend!

The salads are my favorite. I love eating the salads and I usually am tired of salads. Yummy.

Great service! Told them about my allergy and they flagged my salad, used all clean cutting utensils and explained what and why they were doing it. Really made me feel comfortable!

This place was amazing. As soon as I told them I have an allergy, they flagged my salad and took great care of me. Every individual handled my salad wore gloves and all staff was very knowledgeable. And all of their dressings are gluten free!

Twice I ordered a custom chopped salad with lots of vegetables and chicken and I specified a gluten allergy. Both times they wore gloves and used special cutting board and clean utensils. All dressings are gluten free. Great quick and healthy spot just a block from University or Pittsburgh for those with allergies. Cilantro and basil and Brussels sprouts and fresh lemon juice were unique and tasty. I asked for fine chop. Seemed like all servers knew they had an allergy protocol and that the ones who were experienced with it handled my order.

Lots of salad options. The menu tells you which options are GF. Also offer gluten free buns for burgers, although the GF bun they use is a little dry and hard.
