This place was delicious! Started off with the duck jalapeños (no fried onions) and had the portofino entree for dinner (no cream sauce). The server said the fries are the only thing in the fryer.

I’ve eaten here quite a few times and the servers always know exactly what is gluten free and will go talk to the chefs when asked. The chefs have went down a got a separate pan to make me fried potatoes because I wanted some! It’s located in Bass Pro, so it’s easily done!

The menu clearly indicates items that are made without gluten containing ingredients, but also states that these items are made in a shared kitchen and not suitable for a medically-necessary gluten free diet. It looks awesome though for those who can eat possibly cross-contaminated foods!

This place is located inside Bass Pro Shop. When asked if they could provide a safe gluten free meal, I was assured that the chef could handle this plus most other allergen related food issues. There isn't a separate gf menu, but the waitress was very helpful and before my order was placed she checked with the chef to see how it would be prepared. I ordered shrimp, vegetables, and baked potato. The rice and cocktail sauce were not gf, so the potato was suggested instead. My order was placed in oven instead of grill to assure it would be safe. I wish all restaurants were this careful. The food was wonderful!
