A quintessential truck stop/diner. Stopped in for breakfast. I didn't even assume a GF option or menu and started modifying options off the main menu. When I ordered and mentioned I had a gluten allergy and couldn't have the toast the waitress informed me they had GF toast. She also told me the hollandaise sauce was not GF and modified my order for that. Not to sure about cross contamination as its a fast moving small kitchen diner but I'm not sick thus far. Good food and friendly service.
