So many great options from the bakery and grab+go case. Our favorite gluten-free and dairy-free house made items are: scones (gluten-free vegan — one flavor a day, best bet is to get there early), chocolate chip cookies, peanut butter cookies, rice crisp treats, berry crisp cobbler, cherry pie, chia bread, crazy chicken salad, carrot raisin salad, kale sweet potato salad, potato salad. There are also tons of off the shelf products for every diet here.

The gluten free bakery items are prepared first and there are many. Scones, muffins, cookies, brownies, sweet breads, corn bread, cheesecake, pies, cupcakes and much more. A different selection each day. Each with all ingredients listed.

The deli items are varied and numerous. GF items labeled and all ingredients listed. All individually packaged for grab and go. Everything from egg fritattas for breakfast to glazed salmon for dinner. Alot have all organic ingredients.
