GF sandwiches, salads, soups, and pastries. A gem. Being gluten-sensitive and not celiac, i can't guarantee that it's 100% GF but never had a reaction from anything. Workers are knowledgeable about GF and willing to make suggestions. Can make GF quiches and cakes if you order ahead. Lastly, TRY THE GF LAVA CAKE.
