I asked the bartender for a GF beer and I mentioned food allergy as most people don’t know about celiac. He told me that they have a GF beer from a Vermont brewery, Zero Gravity-Little Wolf. I brought the beer to my lips and smelled it and could tell it smelled like real beer. I googled the beer and it is gluten removed! I immediately returned it and asked for a cider, as I no longer trusted the bartender.
