I am celiac. They have a separate gluten free menu, however they do not have a separate fryer. There was a fair amount of fried items on the GF menu. I discussed the GF options with the server, her carefree attitude towards the GF items, questionable kitchen practices around cross contamination and her seeming lack of knowledge about gluten didn’t make me feel very comfortable. I opted not to order anything, I did not feel it was safe.
