Staff was nice, pizza was ready early when I showed up. Thought it was just run of the mill food poisoning when I got back to my hotel. I ate four slices and immediately had to use the restroom. Fast forward to monday and I have water retention and fatigue and serious stomach pains. I have a kidney disease that re-emerges when I eat gluten (https://www.kidney-international.org/article/S2157-1716(15)32171-7/fulltext) and come monday I had proteinuria and lower back pain indicative of a kidney disease relapse. I ordered online so maybe if I had ordered in person they would have taken more care to prevent cross contamination but unfortunately will have to add it to the list of places I'm not allowed to eat.

Staff was great at asking about cross contamination and used a separate pan, oven, and toppings!

Pizza was ok, but not great. I got asked the dreaded “is it a preference” question. And worst of all, I got sick from cross contact even though I told them this is a food allergy. Not safe if you are very sensitive.

I had never heard of this restaurant before but decided to try it out based on previous reviews. They offered a gluten free pizza crust and also got a brand new sauce for my pizza. I would maybe suggest asking if they could get all the ingredients from new containers because I did notice after my pizza was made that the person making the pizza dumped cheese from another pizza directly back into the cheese container. Luckily I did not get cross contaminated myself. So as long as you are careful, I would say it is worth it. The pizza was very tasty. I believe they also have gluten free cheese bread.

I told them first thing that I needed gf. I asked if one of the options was gf; he wasn’t sure but asked and it was not. Once they realized it was my first visit they explained everything. Pizza was delicious and I feel great. Herbal lemonade was wonderful. Will visit again!

Great place to eat! They are a make-your-own pizza place that operates much like an upscale Subway. They have gluten free pizza crust and, if you tell your pizza maker at the beginning of the process that you are gluten free, they will take all the necessary steps to make sure your food remains uncontaminated!
