They definitely seemed to understand needs of celiac folks and I wanted to like it more than I did. But while they did have gluten free bread they can’t toast or heat it safely so it was room temperature. It also was really thickly sliced and dry and crumbly which is so frustrating when trying to eat a sandwich. It was a bit expensive, too. While it tasted okay, I’m not sure it would be worth it to go again. If we did, I’d try like a salad or something without bread.
