Review

The most beautiful, thick, moist, delicious, homemade sourdough I’ve had in my 30 years of being gluten free. I can’t speak to dedicated baking/prep space, as I didn’t ask. Their pour-over coffee is equally fantastic. I’m not celiac, just gluten sensitive.
