Might be dependent on the waiter/waitress, but our waiter initially told us the GF pizza could be cooked separately, and then after an 1.5 hours of us waiting he told us that he forgot to put in our order and there was no way the GF pizza would be safe from cross contamination….not sure how true that was given the other reviews and since he forgot to put in our order, but hopefully you have a better experience if you try it.

Great pizza. Staff knowledgeable. My son has coeliac and had no issues. Very enjoyable.

I'm usually sceptical of of pizza places since I'm pretty sensitive to contamination but this place was great! The waitress was very nice and patient as I asked several questions on how they prevent cross-contamination. I only ate half of my pizza just in case but I had zero symptoms. I ended up eating the leftovers the next day.

Excellent gf pizza. Build your own or a standard combination are excellent. Would recommend anyone without high gluten intelligence.

My wife said my gf pizza was better then hers. That never happens.

Hernando’s had amazing GF pizza! I created my own pizza but they can also substitute the GF crust for any pizza. The crust was flavorful and savory. I would definitely come back!

We went here twice in the summer of 2018, and my son, who is Celiac, had no issues. The staff were very attentive to our needs, and even though they will give the standard disclaimer about gluten being in the air, they assured us that they go out of their way to avoid cross-contamination. My son gets very sick from gluten contamination, and he loves this place.

The first question I was asked when I asked about GF was if I was a Celiac. When I said yes they wanted to make sure I understood that flour was used in the kitchen. They told me which wings I could have and which toppings on Pizza. Very good crispy crust.

I eat gf pizza fairly often and this was the best gluten free pizza I've ever had. I ordered Roma style pizza and have been craving it ever since and others haven't been able to live up to theirs.

Awesome gf pizza. The Greek salad is delicious also.
