I ordered the GF pizza after calling and asking how they prepared it. It seemed promising - baked in its own tin, always on the top rack. (This was our go-to pizza place pre-Celiac diagnosis, and I haven't been in months.) When they handed the pizzas to my husband, they made sure to keep mine on top. It was uncut, and came with its own disposable pizza cutter. The pizza was also a good size and looked tasty. Unfortunately, the crust really was not good. Even worse, within an hour of eating, I started getting really sick. I've never been this sick from getting glutened.
