Review of HG Sply Co

I ate here 3 times while in Fort Worth. Staff was extremely kind and accommodating in regards to my questions and ensured everything was safe for me to eat. Our server was very knowledgeable and let us know that all items can be made gluten free and gluten is kept in a separate area of the kitchen to avoid cross contamination. I was relieved to know how well this restaurant handled my concerns. Food was delicious and safe!
