The menu is Palo & GF with a few soy & nut items that they can make without said nuts & soy. Pleasantly surprised. The outdoor seating watching the zoo train chug along the Trinity while the sun creates water sparkles like diamonds. The waitstaff is very friendly, and helping every table even if it's not theirs. The food was very food we got the Spinch dip for starters, then a Bison Buger on GF bread ( Quinoa bread is other chouce) it was the best I've had in awhile. The fries could of been cooked longer( I like crunchy). Roasted Brussel sprouts were prefect, the green beans delicious and chicken sausage had great flavor. Bothe the atmosphere & food were worth the parking frustration. ~M~
