The waitress was very helpful with which menu items were the safest and how to prepare them. She had them cook my burger in a clean pan. They also have Franz brand gluten free buns, which I asked them to toast in the same pan. They do not have a dedicated fryer, so I had a simple side salad with olive oil and balsamic vinegar. The hamburger was absolutely delicious (not a frozen, preformed patty)and the bun was nicely toasted!
