To start with, the staff was incredibly accommodating! They let us know that they bake using gluten ingredients in their kitchen but they hadn't yet baked anything the day we were there. They do not have a dedicated fryer. They do not have dedicated work space. I ordered the breakfast hash as they told me that is an easy thing to make on an extra clean surface. They do have a dedicated toaster that doesn't use gluten-filled toast. I had a nice conversation with manager? host? Not sure her position but we talked about having things labelled gluten friendly or sensitive but if they weren't able to actually be gluten free due to space constraints. She was very receptive with the conversation and maybe may change up their menu to reflect what could actually be GF versus just things not made with gluten but still prepared in a gluten environment. I have silent Celiac disease so can't give feedback on how gf it ended up being in the end. But they did what they could!
