I ate here 3 times while here for a conference and loved it. I got the chicken bowl with gf sauce and without fried shallots. Staff is super friendly and they’re knowledgeable on what contains gluten.

Ate here three times when in San Diego and had no problems. The menu says to ask about their gluten free options(of which there are plenty if you build your own bowl), and the owner, David, pointed out what I could eat. I’ve built my own bowl three times and have not gotten sick

I was very happy they had a GF version of their original poke sauce. I built my own bowl and it was delcious. The manager was very knowledgable about what was gluten free and told me not to get the seaweed salad and one other topping.

As a build your own place, there is always some chance of food dropping into other bins, but there were very few gluten containing options, and I didn't see any mess so I felt safe eating here and did not get sick.
