Nothing labeled on the menu, but they ask about allergies when taking your order. The soup was GF without the crunchy things, the salad dressing is not GF so they offered yum yum or fresh lemons to squeeze as an alternative. They make the GF things on the grill separately from the rest of the tables food and with GF soy sauce. Pineapple sherbet at the end is GF without the fortune cookie. Some CC possible. They clean grill between foods but it's not fully sanitized. They wipe the spatula clean between foods but it's not a separate tool used and it's not fully sanitized. I felt about as safe eating here as I do in most restaurants. Food was good and no reaction.

I had eaten here many times before being diagnosed with Celiac and when my daughter picked Hibachi for her birthday dinner I decided to D.M. the restaurant ahead of time to see what GF options they might have. Here was my response: Hi Mary - We come across this pretty often. Our soup has soy in the broth and our salad has soy in the dressing. We can substitute our fried rice (steamed with soy) for our white rice. We carry gluten free soy sauce to cook with at the table. Also, our most popular sauce is yum yum sauce and it is gluten free. If you have any other questions or concerns, please message us back or give us a call at (330) 928-3333.We ate there tonight and had a wonderful experience. The wait staff and Chef were very knowledgable and accommodating. He cooked my meal first and used GF soy sauce to make my fried rice and vegetables. Everything was delicious!
