Hibachi Japanese Steak House

If you want gluten free options you have to bring your own sauce. All of the sushi is crunch so don't think that is an option either. The server was completely unhelpful. My companions had a great time. Apparently awesome if you aren't gluten-free.

I always am iffy about getting hibachi but I called ahead and the woman stated that I could bring my own soy sauce or just get no soy sauce on my dish. The man at the table making the hibachi was very understanding and made my food ahead of the rest of the table. He was sure to keep one side of the grill for me. I was impressed and the chicken hibachi without soy sauce was just as good!!
