They do GF Hibachi with GF soy sauce, replacing noodles with extra rice!! No upcharge for GF. It was so good, highly recommended! Unsure about cross contamination, I wasn't paying attention unfortunately since it doesn't bother me so definitely ask. Highly recommended, it was delicious!
