Hibachi Supreme Buffet

Oh my God the germs. The freaking disgusting germs. First the owner scrapes and food off of the counter where everyone had touched and put their hands and their elbows and God does what else back into the serving tray and then the employee came out and did the same thing. The employee came out with brand new food and scrape the food off of the counter where everyone had touched with their discussing hands and put it into the serving tray. The owner and the employee did this. It was so disgusting. I can't even eat the food that I got. It was freaking mind-blowing gross gross gross gross

How confident are you that this establishment takes safety precautions against cross-contact?

— Not at all

How much of the menu is available gluten-free?

— Not Much

How would you rate the taste and quality of the gluten-free food you tried?

— Poor

I have Celiac Disease and my wife has a gluten restriction-medically. We got very sick eating here. Would not recommend. Must be cross contamination as the Manager walked us through and pointed out what was “gluten free”

I called the night before and talked to the manager about gf options. He was super knowledgable and personally showed me my options on every part of the buffet. Clean options include: rice noodles, salad bar, stir-fry mushrooms, white rice, everything on the bbq grill, about half of the sushi, egg drop soup, sweet ‘n sour sauce, almost all the seafood, duck, bbq chicken (most likely), and they said they could do hibachi but it would have to be at an off time so they could clean the grill. This isn’t a complete list of the food but just what I can remember, so there are probably more options.
