Some believe that eating gluten free means replacing bread with glute-free bread. This restaurant offers reliable wholesome farm-to-table options that nourishes the environment as well as the body. I informed the attendant of my food allergies and she was very accommodating and thoroughly advised me away from certain ingredients (I.e. A vinaigrette) for another safe option. This locally sourced and fresh food restaurant is a breath of fresh air.
