went over lunch time. chips were good. our waiter was knowledgeable about kitchen practiced and said they change the oil at the beginning of the day and then cook there chips they will need for the day. I had some chips and then played it safe with a taco salad no bowl and I did ok with it no reaction.

Jose was very knowledgeable about GF and was able to make recommendations and adjustments to menu items to accommodate. Great experience for gluten sensitive, no dedicated fryer so watch the chips and probably not celiac safe.
