Hidden Cafe is a Local Gem. They have gluten free pancakes and waffles. Iv had the salads on the lunch menu without any reaction, If you dairy sensitive these pancakes are not for you. Im always asking questions for the chef/ owner and he is very knowledgeable concerning Gluten. Sweet local family owned restaurant!!! Breakfast and Lunch no dinner accept for special occasions.

Shared waffle iron and griddle - not celiac safe

The gluten free waffle was amazing! I asked for strawberries on top. They were forgotten but the waitress took the waffle back and put a few strawberries on it. I also then asked for whipped cream. A tiny bit was sprayed on. So although the extras were not the strong point the waffle itself was delicious!

I had gone to this restaurant and seen GF pancakes and waffles on the menu. I was surprised to have seen this and ordered pancakes, the first order of pancakes in 2 years. They were tasty and soft, this made my day. I will return here again. There could have been some trans contamination but I was unaware and had no difficulties. Overall a friendly place with great outdoor heated patio.

They use a separate waffle iron for the gf waffles! The waffle was pretty good. It was a generous size and reasonably priced.

I would eat here again.
