Hidden Cuisine

No gluten-free menu, but very aware of celiac issues. They had excellent oatmeal, gluten-free bread, and yummy omelets. They can cook breakfast potatoes in a separate pan for gluten avoiders. Nice country atmosphere with nice servers. A few miles south of Moab and its rural chic, but easy parking and flags out front make it easy to spot. Now they serve breakfast and lunch, but at other times have served dinner. Ate there several times: good for my spirits and my celiac issues.
