I was so excited to have chinese food again! I called in to ask about preparation practices but wasn't able to get clear info because of a language barrier and it being loud/ busy. If you are going to call to vet them I recommend calling at off hours when they will be less busy. I decided to take the risk and order anyway based off good reviews here. I'm really glad I did because the food was amazing! My takeout order came with little stickers that said "gluten allergen" taped to the boxes which made me feel reassured and I didn't feel any symptoms after eating it. I got the pineapple seafood fried rice, shrimp rice noodles, hot and sour soup and egg flower soup. Everything was good, the hot and sour soup was the best!
I will say they don't have many veggie protein options and the tofu might not be safe because of the shared fryer. Also, the pineapple seafood fried rice comes with both shrimp and chicken. I don't normally eat chicken but didn't realize since it wasn't listed on the gf menu, it's listed on the regular menu though. Not a big deal for me but might be for someone else.
EDIT: Visited again for the third time and they updated the main menu which is now marked for gluten free options, you still need to double check as some of the stuff might be made in the shared fryer. I was excited to find that the mapo tofu is an option as it is not fried so I got that and it was so good! I did also get the chicken cilantro gf dumplings which weren't listed on the menu but I saw them on fb. I thought they were decent and though the flavor wasn't my favorite I would get them again since gf dumplings are a rare find. I hope they make a veggie one at some point!

Great GF Options. You can order with Doordash if you put in the instructions about your gluten allergy or order in the restaurant. My celiac partner did not get sick. We have got gluten free versions of:
-Chicken Rice Noodles
-Sweet and Sour Chicken
-Honey Walnut Shrimp
-Sesame Chicken
-Garlic Eggplant
There are other dishes they said would be safe but we haven’t tried them yet
Warning: if it is fried, a worker told me there may be CC because they also fry wontons in the same fryer… (though I’ve somehow never got sick from the fried GF options from like 5 visits)

wonderful staff, but unfortunately only about 10% of the menu has a gf option and even fewer options are safe for celiacs. quite surprised there are so many positive ratings when there is literally misinformation about gluten "burning off" on their gf menu. its a no for me dawg.

All entrees are GF!! They do not have a separate menu, but when I asked she let me know.
Sadly probably the worst glutening I’ve had in years. The place is cute and the folks working were super nice and the menu is seemingly somewhat accommodating, though very limited. The restaurant was packed and I could tell they had a lot going on but the waitress was super helpful about the menu and understood that we had celiac. I ordered the hot and sour soup and the chow fun, my partner ( also celiac) ordered the fried rice, all gluten free. The food did taste great…but, two hours later and my stomach is incredibly unhappy. We went because the reviews here spoke so highly of this place but celiacs definitely need to be really cautious about going to this restaurant. Especially when the kitchen is bustling and the risk for cross contamination is super high.

Tried this out because of the good reviews. Got take out. GF honey walnut shrimp, sweet and sour chicken, and chicken fried rice. I can’t pinpoint what it was but something didn’t sit well. I barely touched the chicken as I just didn’t enjoy it. The shrimp and rice were really good but started feeling sick halfway through so did not finish. They put gluten free stickers on everything but the shrimp but I asked and they said it was gluten free. Willing to try it again but would isolate the items to figure out what didn’t go well. Regularly go here for the fried rice. The rest does get me sick, I assume due to the shared fryer

Gluten free menu is underwhelming now that they no longer have dedicated fryer space. Stir fried food is safe, soups are tasty, and gluten free soy sauce is available. It’s decent, but not super delicious gf Chinese food.

This place is great! They have a separate gluten free menu. It’s hard to find Chinese food places with gluten free options so I was very pleased to find this place. I had the egg flower soup, honey walnut shrimp, and beef fried rice. All my dishes were indicated with gluten free sticks. Everything was delicious! I’m definitely coming back here to satisfy my Chinese food cravings.

I happily did not get glutened with the Shrimp Rice noodle dish on the GF menu. They were accommodating when I communicated my Celiac's. Another fellow Celiac considers this one of her few safe places to eat. It was very tasty too 😋

Great overall. Do not come here expecting gluten free dumplings. They no longer have them.

There is not a dedicated fryer. Everything is cooked together in the same fryer or the same wok as everything else. Not safe for celiacs. I left without eating anything.

First although this place is a little hard to find it’s well worth it & is behind the gas station by Dutch Bros in the small shopping center. We had what I would call egg drop soup & sweet and sour chicken. In addition to the quantity being large it was very good! The service in spite of it being very busy because of it being Father’s Day & very busy was excellent. There was not a long wait & everyone was working hard to keep the meals popping. There were many gf options. I would highly recommend it & the wait is not long nor is it a “fast food restaurant”. It seems to possibly be almost a family run business.

Being new to this diagnosis, it has been a challenge to eat out. I saw this place on the app and we decided to give it a try. I asked if they had a GF menu, waiter said yes and brought it right over. I got the shrimp rice noodles. It was a huge serving and arrived with a “gluten free flag”. The dish had so much flavor! Waitress even asked if I would like GF soy sauce, though it didn’t need it. They do note at the bottom of the menu that “fried” dishes may not be ideal for those with celiac, maybe due to shared fryer? Overall a great experience and feeling great!

We were going to be in the area and decided to give this place a try. I’ve been GF for over 5 years and have really missed Chinese food. To start-this place is adorable! It’s so welcoming, clean, and cute. The employees are very friendly and immediately handed me a gluten free menu when I asked about their gluten free items. There was a pretty good selection. We got a bunch of stuff to try; the beef fried rice, chicken rice noodles, sweet and sour chicken, and chicken and cilantro dumplings. Everything was delicious. The dumplings weren’t my favorite, but my husband really liked them. My whole family agreed that the chicken rice noodles were the star of the show. The chicken and noodles were so flavorful and had just the right amount of veggies mixed in for texture. Everything tasted so fresh and not all heavy and chemical-laden like a lot of Chinese food I’ve had in the past. The whole staff seemed knowledgeable about gluten allergies and the food came out clearly marked with gluten free flags. I ate some of everything and didn’t get sick at all. The whole family is looking forward to going back the next time we’re in that area. A+

I went here once I found them on the app! I asked for the GF menu, the server came back with the main menu and said any of the main dishes can now be made GF! Needless to say I was VERT EXCITED! They can now make all main entrees gluten free they said! They have a dedicated fryer for GF orders, and anything you order GF comes out with a stick that states gluten free! I had the honey walnut shrimp and Mongolian Beef. Both were delicious and I’d get them again! They even currently have 1 dumpling that is GF! They’re very close to opening a 2nd location in midtown Sacramento!

M y family agrees that this is the best gluten free Chinese food we have ever had. The food is freshly made in their very clean and organized kitchen area, which is in an open space so you can watch your food be prepared. The GF options were plenty enough to have actual options .If you are GF you understand what a great feeling that is! The food was delicious. My favorite, and my teen daughters fave was the spicy green beans. They were so flavorful and just enough spice where you can still taste your food but had a little kick. The other favorite was the seeet and sour chicken. I usually am not a fan of this but Ii had to try everything we ordered and this was actually really good and was my second fave.
