The menu has several items that are marked as GF, like buffalo wings and fries. However, when asked, the waitress said they used a shared fryer. So she recommended getting the chips and queso as a side. Fine by me. She brings out the chips and I start eating them. A few minutes later she rushes out apologizing saying they have two kinds of chips or something, but the ones I was eating also used a shared fryer. She replaced them with the gluten-free (and quite stale) chips, but at that point the damage was already done.
I also did a burger with a lettuce wrap instead of a bun and that was good. But yeah, overall not a good experience from a celiac perspective. I can feel the glutening symptons setting in now.
