Everynight there is a salmon special that is or can be gluten free. The apple, blueberry krisps are gf made with red mill oats, and the choclate cake is flourless. They have a dedicated gf toaster. They also make a gf fresh ketchup. The veggie and beef burgers are gf. They use kinikiniks breads and on the weekend, the benedicts and florentines are gf. Omlets as well daily.
