Previously, this restaurant had a dedicated gluten free menu. However, it is no longer the case. After consulting with the server. Who then double checked with the chef. I was assured they would use xanthan to thicken the gravy. Unfortunately, despite every effort on my part, I had a gluten filled gravy/dinner. Resulting in pain and nausea for several hours.
