Great little breakfast place! The said they could cook any of the egg items or make French toast. I had the French toast and it tasted great and never felt Ill.

Everything except the eggs and omelets is cooked on a shared griddle so the bacon and potatoes are cooked on the same surface as the pancakes. I went with plain scrambled eggs and a side of fruit. Very little to eat here if you are celiac.

They do have a GF bread available. They say they have a GF taco shell but the waitress told us that’s a lie. The corn cakes are not GF. They are very willing to modify the order to fit your dietary needs.
