Highway Kabobery Food Truck

I Love Highway Kabobery!!! The entire menu and kitchen are gluten free and knowledgeable about other allergens such as milk and soy and the ingredients in the sauces. The owners/staff are very knowledgeable and willing to answer all questions. If you have a short line ask about the detail they went through to choose their type of rice...story is amazing. I've loved everything I've eaten and prefer the Highway sauce or Honey Mustard sauce on big kabobs of Chicken or Steak. The veggie skewers with big chunks of soft veggies, and the potatoe skewers are amazing. They will put a sauce in a container if you aren't sure about the taste or if you want to control how much spice or hot/heat you get in each bite. I'm so drooling right now! They have also put sauce on the rice with the meat on top of the sauce for me too; instead of sauce over the meat--this was mostly so I could travel to my office better since the sauce would soak into the rice versus slide off the meat to my fingers. Some flavors are spicy enough to clear your sinuses. But also they will add extra rice if you ask them to help tone down the spice or you can add the potato skewers/kabobs to help aborb/tone down spice. I've also been amazed with ordering the chicken kabobs and rice with no sauce and the chicken is still so yummy with seasonings and moist and tender!! They prove gf can be spicy or mild and definitely exciting! I give them 100 stars!!
